We appreciate for bringing your comments and insights on your recent vacation to our attention. But also please allow us to thank you for traveling all the way from your country to enjoy the luxurious ambiance of Esperos Mare Resort. It is pleasing to know that you found almost all aspects of your stay to be excellent. The staff, cuisine, facilities, location, views and comfortable rooms are indeed the main pillars of any successful resort.
For this reason, we have had to incorporate specific policies, namely a dress-code; one that goes hand in hand with the world-class status that our delicious dining venues deliver. Those dress-codes have been established since our beginning as a company and have been clearly posted on our web page and with all our hotel officials. We would like to note at this point that only at dinner the dress code is required. Of course, we are in the summer season, which means warm temperatures outside. But as we mentioned, we as well as the majority of our valued guests do wish to transmit an air of elegance within restaurants, and , and the dress code is as essential to that goal as the decor, music, and service.
We would like to add that we consistently try our best to serve our valued guests equally regardless of their status such as, religion, language, nationality and cultural diversity for many years. Esperos Mare Team offers warm hospitality to all our valued guests worldwide!
