A ridiculous customer!
Dear Sir,
I’m afraid it’s a great shame to write all these ridiculous lies. Thank god we have the opportunity to provide to the trip advisor’s community with information on the actual circumstances.
So, you requested a reservation of the very best table of restaurant with breathtaking view and we were happy to confirm your request.
You have ordered a bottle of wine and one of our waiters was staying just beside your table in order to serve you by filling in your glasses with your wine.
I can suggest that given the fact that you have order too many appetizers, i.e. four appetizers, one salad and one stew (the stew as an appetizer too!), you tried to find an excuse in order not to accept your ordered main dishes (two main dishes).
For the first main dish (“Magic”) you said that the meat was tough which is of course untrue. For the second plate (“Chicken fillet”) you said that you changed your mind and you would like to have it served together with potatoes and salad (when you gave your order you stated that you are intolerant to gluten and you would like no potatoes and salad!!!!)
When you asked for the waitress, she asked you if you would like to take it back and bring you another dish, however, you obviously were full (I just remind you that you already had eaten four appetizers, one salad and one stew (the stew as an appetizer too!), so you started shouting and saying that you were not paying!!!
Afterwards, the waitress informed me about your rude behavior as well as that you were disturbing the other clients too, so I came to your table to confirm it myself. Both the other two waiters confirmed the same situation (waiters not guards as per your untrue description!)
So, when I came to ask you about the problem and to help you find a solution, i.e. to exempt the chicken fillet from your bill, you started a sort of horse-trading asking me to reduce by 5 euro your bill…. So ridiculous …. !!!!
And you were threaten us all the time that you were going to discredit us via trip advisor !!
Attention this kind of customers are threatens for the professional restaurants.
They are trying by threatens and horse-trading to pay less 5 euro – this is really a big great shame!
P.S. I remind you that I reduced your bill by the amount of 5 euro as per your request, in order for you to continue your “happy” vacation.
