Thank You for Your opinion. We regret to say that you are passing by the facts. First of all, you have booked a double room witht shared bathroom, not a single room with private bathroom. We changed the room at your explicit request, because you obviously did not know what room you booked and the lack of bathroom was a problem for You. You checked in to our facility and did not report any comments about the new room. Shortly before closing reception (around 7 hours later) you called to inform us that you have back problems and you will not stay in the room because of the mattress. You also said that in every Polish hostel you meet the same problem. We offered to change the room for another, but You did't agree. We are very sorry that you rate our hostel so low, because despite the clear lack of knowledge about what room you have booked, we did our best to make you satisfied with your stay.
