Please note that your stay was during the Covid 19 pandemic, which is associated with many limitations:
1. there is no daily cleaning, only on request after prior contact with the reception
2. social distance
3. limited time at check-in / check-out
4. obligation to wear masks.
I regret that you did not ask to meet the manager during your stay, We are here 24/7 to answer the needs of our Guests. Please accept once again my sincere apologies for the shortcomings that you have encountered as you mentioned.
