Fint hotell med gode senger. Rent og pent. Sentralt med få minutters gange til hovedgaten og torget i Krakow, men likevel stille og rolig. Praktisk med kodelås på dørene. Hyggelig og serviceminded hotellpersonale. Vi sjekket inn sent uten problemer. Te og kaffe + vann i karaffel var tilgjengelig på rommet (vannet i springen smaker ikke godt).
Kort vei til stort og flott kjøpesenter (Galeria Krakowska), kjekt når det er dårlig vær.
Hvis man bestiller med frokost så må man ut å gå ca 2-3 minutter til en café i nærheten. Grei frokost på caféen, men ikke det helt store utvalget.

Flott hotell med nydelige rom. Veldig sentralt, stille og rolig område.
Frokosten var på en kafe i nærheten - kort spasertur. Ikke så veldig hyggelig personale der dessverre, men god mat.
Da min mor klarte å glemme pass og kort i safen og det ble oppdaget på flyplassen ordnet hotellet med taxi veldig raskt slik at vi fikk det levert i tide. Utrolig service:)

Our Guest’s feedback is one of our primary sources for monitoring the quality of our service, therefore we are thankful for your honesty regarding the staff of the restaurant. The team working there is relatively new but is led by a very experienced manager, so it is only a matter of time to train them into great employees. Hotellet hadde fått full score hadde det ikke vært for at frokost serveres på en cafe noen minutter gange fra hotellet.
Litt ulempe å gå dit i dårlig vær. Man kan velge kaffe/te og en frokostrett fra meny. Personlig foretrekker jeg frokost buffet på hotellet. Det er raskere og man kan velge fritt

Choosing a hotel is never easy and we are very grateful that you have chosen us. I am delighted that you found the hotel to be great value with great service. All of the team here at the Amber Design Residence work hard to ensure all of our guests have an enjoyable stay with us. Unfortunately, we do not have our own restaurant, as our facility is not a hotel per se, but a Residence, which has its own advantages :) Nevertheless, we do our best to provide our Guests with a place to have breakfast anyway! The situation also has its pros, as the restaurant where the breakfast is served can be found in the very close vicinity of the Julius Słowacki’s theatre, one of the most beautiful and elegant buildings in Krakow. What is more, the food is delicious with many options to choose from.

Nydelig liten hotell rett i sentrum. Koselig personell. Moderne rom med div. forskjellige standard. Gode senge. Rolig kvarter. Rent og pent. Ikke langt å gå til en god frokost. Ellers er det kaffe/te/vann på rommet. Masse gode restauranter rundt hotellet og gåavstand til sentralstasjon.

Indeed the hotel is in a terrific location just a stone's throw away from the popular tourist attractions yet still in a quiet corner where you can enjoy some peace away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city. We are very lucky to be situated in such close proximity to all of the tourist attractions and wonderful pubs, cafes and restaurants.
We are so pleased that you enjoyed your time with us, and especially found your bed to be super comfortable, and bedroom very clean and modern.
