HRC i Krakow er helt ok, men på ingen måte revolusjonerende. Sammenlignet med andre HRC vi har vært på var det en smule skuffende. Maten var helt ok, men nådde ikke opp til forventningene. I tillegg var det kaldt i lokalet.

Ventet lenge på bord pga mange gjester, noe som var greit nok. Hyggelige kelnere, men maten var helt absurd dårlig. Bestilte burger som kom svidd og tørr og med usmeltet ost. Burgerbrødet smakte alt for søtt, og måltidet var generelt usmakelig. Lokalet var trangt og veldig kaldt.

Først og fremst; altfor dårlig lokale. Vi fikk bord i 3. etasje og der var det så trangt at det var lite hyggelig. Altfor mange bord skviset inn på altfor lite plass. Vi bestilte tre hovedretter, to til oss voksne og en til en jente på tre. Det tok litt tid å få mat, men når den først kom var den god. Kjøkkenet glemte den ene retten, og treåringen måtte vente i 20 minutter til på maten. Personalet stresset mye og det var lite oppfølging. Bare to jentetoaletter og køen for å komme inn strakk seg ut i trappa.

Yes, we are one of the smallest Hard Rock Cafe, but we have a great location in historical building with unique view on Main Market Square, and we used to be very busy...
On the other hand we're very thankful that you write that the food was OK.

Midt på torget i gamlebyen så er Hard rocken. Store porsjoner og likt over hele verden. God service,alt stod til forventingene. Eneste minuset var at pommes frites som var litt lite stekt/kald.
