First of all we are very sorry that you did not visit us.
After your valid booking was no show and we charged your credit card, you contacted the hotel via e-mail. We asked you to please send us the confirmation of the cancellation in order to check why your booking was still valid in our system, but we were told you did not receive any confirmation and that is why we followed our cancellation policy in the lack of cancellation confirmation.
If you can show us that you have the cancellation confirmation 48 hours before the due date we would make the refund of cours. We are still waiting for that.
From your country it is allowed to travel to Hungary. You did not send us the cancellation confirmation, so we followed our policy in the lack of cancellation.
