Ei fornøyd dame/kunde med masse gode opplevelser som ikke blir å glemme. Det var flott service og hyggelige/hjelpsomme folk som jobba der. Eg blir nok å anbefale denne plassen på det sterkeste pluss komme tilbake.

Velg gjerne dette hotellet, da det ligger sentralt i Riga sentrum. God frokost og serviceminded personalet. Be om ett rom i den ny oppussete delen. Bor som regel på dette hotellet når jeg er i Riga. Skybaren er ett must, gode muligheter for noe godt i glasset og en 360 graders utsikt over byen.

Fantastisk beliggenhet. Pen lobby, bar og restaurant. God mat og herlig utsikt fra skybaren. Sur og lite imøtekommende betjening på spaet. Små og lite innbydende hotellrom. Skittent vegg til vegg teppe på gulv. Dårlig renhold soverom.

I'd like to express my sincere apologies for inconvenience experience at the spa regarding an inappropriate attitude from the staff side. I can assure you that it's not a typical situation for us, as all our team is always tended to deliver only the best service quality and are daily doing their best to make the stay of our guests as good as possible. Nevertheless, I've already forwarded your constructive notes to the spa center manager for taking necessary actions and corrective measures in case to avoid this from happening again.

As well I'm very sorry that the cleanliness of the room was not on a highest level as it used to be. Our housekeeping team is very well trained according to the highest Radisson standards and the rooms are always carefully checked by the main supervisor, however I'm still very sorry that this time we have failed with providing you the best service from us. Your feedback is forwarded to executive housekeeper for further actions.

We appreciate your honesty and genuinely hope that if you will decide to return to Riga you will give us another chance to welcome you back to prove the level of our service and let us do all possible to change the existing impression of certain aspects and make your stay memorable.

Vi var veldig fornøyde med oppholdet, men skal være ærlig å si at å sove på sofaen som ekstraseng var ikke helt optimalt. Rommet var dog stort og fint, badet var rent og pent. Lite støy og god beliggenhet.

Har for det meste bodd på Radisson Blu hoteller ved besøk i Riga i 12 år, det har alltid og på alle hotellene vi har bodd på vært meget vellykket, dessverre denne gangen ikke god opplevelse av justering av temperatur på rommet, alt for varmt og hotellet klarte ikke å gjøre noe med situasjonen. Dette er det eneste negative ved oppholdet, ellers er frokost meget bra, ikke mange som har alternativene som her. Lobby-bar har meget hyggelig personale og stort utvalg av drikker. Sky-bar med en enorm utsikt over byen. Det er også mange aktiviteter på hotellet vi ikke rakk å besøke, som bla. Spa, Restaurant, Nattklubb, Casino, ++ ha med seg dyr på hotellet.
