Royal Mirage Agadir Hotel is 4 stars not 5 stars as mentioned at the mail.
Besides, on 23/04/17,all room categories were available.
In such cases, when our colleague , the Front desk agent,
in the evening, does not find a customer's reservation ,
he does not let him leave but he calls the agency's representative
to solve the problem.
If the latter is unreachable, the client is well hosted.
Thereafter, the next day, we contact our partner *Agency*and
the details of the reservation are followed.
