We understand your preference for more tranquil accommodation. However, it is our goal to provide all our guests with a memorable holiday with the option of music and evening entertainment and we try our best to combine lively attractions for the action seekers with a well-organized distribution in our hotel's facilities to ensure that our guests preferring to relax are able to do so.
Please receive our most sincere apologies for failing to meet your expectations regarding our all inclusive service that, in your opinion, was not the same as anywhere else in African countries. We understand regarding your review that apparently you were not properly informed about your All Inclusive type of meal plan upon reservation and would like to take the opportunity to point out that detailed AI concept is available with all the travel agents and on the hotel website as well.
It is with great concern that we read your comments about our staff mostly because their service has been praised many times for their professionalism yet genuine friendliness and we assure you that what you described is not the norm for us.
