First of all, please accept my deeply apology for unpleasant experience. Dear Sir please allow me to explain some points regarding your last visit in our restaurant. You came to our Restaurant yesterday evining at16.00h and study our Menu about 35 min.16.42 min.personaly i went to your table and want to take order . Your wife asked me very polite , can you please advice us, we don't have any ideas about Indian food.I tried to explain some common Indian dishes, and together we found some , dishes as follow 1x Mutton paper fry (very mild )Thb. 250.00.1x Indian Basmati Rice Thb 40.00.1x Butter Chicken Masala, Thb 200.00.1x Tandoori Nan bread Thb 50.00.Childrens they oder themselves 3 Portions of Springs Rolls (each 6 big pieces )Thb 100x3,total Thb 300.00.
Respected Sir, you are absolutely right, Thai food, they have several dishes only for Thb 150.00 .Just one example "if we import 1 kg Indian Basmati Rice from India with same price we can buy 10 kg best Thai rice in local market(this are the price difference )Thailand is everything cheap, 5 persons can sleep in small apartment per night Thb 350.00 only. It's not means , with Thb 350.00 five persons can sleep any apartment in Thailand. !!! Every night we are fully booked because of our quality, excellent food, service ,atmosphere, environment. Dear Valued Guest, lets me come to end. I came to your table and asked Madam /Sir, how was your food?
Answer, excellent ,do you remember? Are you done Madam? Yes, I am. Dear Sir immediately you ,take little rest Butter Chicken Masala (without any meat )you ate rest of all,can you remember Sir?All dishes was completely empty.You asked for the bill. my stuff gave you the bill.You asked to my staff,i have to leave. My wife will pay the bill.You take your 2 Childrens,one was left with her mother. Very interesting story ,your wife had no enough money to pay our bill. .She called you several times, my staffs were waiting for you . After long time you came but ,you das not came inside our restaurant. This is only the reasons why Shiva is very expensive, food is very strong. You can compare our price with any indian restaurant in Thailand. Any way dear Honnerable Guest, I sincerely apology for all inconvenient .Please relaxed and Enjoy your holidays.
