Topp Hotel med flotte rom og utrolig fint uteområdet rent og fint.hotel rommene var av god størrelse og moderne.
Kun 2 av bassengene var oppvarmet resten var iskalde.
Maten var smakløst og platt her bruker dem ikke krydder i maten

Moreover, we lament reading that our buffet offer did not live up to your expectations as our professional Chefs strive to surprise our guests with a high standard gastronomy and the possibility to savor the best of the local cuisine as well as the finest international delights, however as we receive guests of all nationalities and ages, we do not over spice the dishes in order to please all palates, nevertheless there is a wide spice station in our buffet for our guests to help themselves and season their dishes to their liking.
As well, we would like to clarify that there are 5 heated pools in the hotel: active pool, kids pool, water polo pool, SPA indoor pool and aqua park pool.

Ett av få hotell i egypt med spesialmat - anbefaler dette hotellet på det varmeste. Jeg har både cølliaki og laktoseintoleranse. Jeg er alltid skepisk når jeg er ute og reiser, men denne skepsisen ble virkelig gjort til skamme på denne turen. Hadde fått oversatt allergiene til arabisk før jeg dro, hadde med eget brød/knekkebrød - alt det andre ordnet hotellet.Fantastisk kjøkken og dyktige kokker/servitører. Apollo burde ha reklamert mye bedre for dette hotellet for reisende med matallergier. Fantastisk :-)

Hotellet så slitt ut, klimaanlegget på rommet vårt hørtes ut som en liten motorsykkel. Ikke noe klimaanlegg i hotellresepsjonen eller i barområdet. Drikke i plastkopper. Føltes som at barnebassenget trengte å males om, Det var malefarge som flasset av - latskap. Fant kondom i bassenget, maten OK, men vår representant var bare dritt.
Ronnie som jobber for hotellet var topp; løste alle våre problemer.
Vi ble alle matforgiftet, noe som holdt på i to uker etter at vi hadde kommet hjem.

We would like to notify that renovation in our hotel is made on the regular basis.
In regards to no air conditioning in the lobby this is due to the unique and beautiful open plan design and we have the outside terrace to enjoy the view and also the breeze.
Concerning the noisy ac in your room if this issue was brought to our attention it would have been rectified immediately or we would have given you another room.
Drinks are served in plastic cups only at pools and beach areas due to the matter of safety because plastic is not dangerous as glass.
Concerning the stomach issue we would like to clarify that adaptation period occurs sometimes and is normal because you face certain uncustomary contrasts while visiting Egypt which are coursed mostly by differences in climate.
In regards to the swimming pools would like to assure you that they are all maintained and cleaned on a daily basis. And a lazy river is temporary closed in order to maintain and renew it.
It gives us great pleasure knowing that you liked hotel food and were happy with the service of the staff as the team is here to satisfy your needs.
