We appreciate you reaching out on Tripadvisor to notify us of your concerns related to your recent stay at our Barceló Royal Beach located in the heart of Sunny Beach, just in a few minutes to the promenade.
We are sorry for the issues you have reported in regards to the condition of the unit upon arrival, we would like to assure you that the situation is not corresponding to our standards and the corresponding Managers have been informed already.
We also regret that our buffet could not meet your expectations, mainly because the quality and the diversity of our culinary offer counts to our strengths. Our breakfast includes fresh fruits, fresh and cooked vegetables, pickles, cookies, muffins, different type of breads and eggs, pancakes, french toast, croquettes, sausages, bacon, beans, yellow and white cheese, ham, different type of yogurts, honey, a healthy corner with several types of milk and cereals, nut, etc.
Dinners are thematic and as such these include different local and international meals each night, including Bulgarian, Spanish, Asian, French, Italian, Mexican, etc. For our All Inclusive clients we are preparing also a Buffet at the pool bar area. Again we are sorry that you didn't enjoy the cuisine, please do not hesitate to advise which products and meals you would like to be offered in case of future visit of yours as we do want to react accordingly to your preferences.
Regarding the staff friendliness, We would like to express our sincere apologies for the imperfections of service you describe in your review and although your comments do not seem to match the usual feedback we receive both onsite and online, we will make sure to discuss your review internally so as to avoid giving this kind of impressions from our dedicated employees.
