I truly regret to learn about the left impression of our establishment. Regarding your comments I would like to remark that we are smoke free hotel, and for this reason is difficult for us to create an area that does not disturb to other guests and, of course, children. We hope you would understand our reasons to ban smoking in our hotel.
We feel sorry to read, that our breakfast in your opinion, was just “tasteless”, we try to offer the best quality of food and makes everyone like it. As we work with many nationalities, our main aim is to offer something for every taste and habit.
