Thank you very much for taking your time to review our camp. We are pleased to learn that you at least enjoyed our swimming pool.

We are indeed a safari camp with chalets in different sizes and types, and we have never claimed to be a lodge so in this regard you are right.

We are of course sorry that you didn't enjoyed your stay and that we couldn't meet your need of a more spacious room. Since it was New Years Eve all our spacious rooms were fully booked it was not possible for us to offer you another room than the standard room which was booked for you in the first place.

I am also chocked to learn that you found our food in-eatable. Normally our guests praise our food very highly and we have never received any other complaints in this regard.

I sincerely hope that you found another place which met your criteria and expectation and that you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Tanzania.
