I understand that you were not satisfied with the apartment you had booked. As with every guest we have to follow the room type of their booking. This is a strict rule we can’t overlook. Everyone needs to be placed in the room type of their booking. There is a variety of room types in the hotel with different price ranges.
Yours happened to be a studio maisonette. An apartment that you weren’t satisfied with. However you mention that you weren’t informed about it. Which is relatively false, because we established a communication channel through social media and you were informed beforehand about the apartment that you have booked. Messages that you chose to overlook.
Repeaters like you are valued customers and we try to do our very best. I personally attempted to contact you, hoping that perhaps a booking modification could be reached before your arrival. But unfortunately, we lost contact.
A room change wasn't unfortunately possible due to the limited availability at the time. However I believe the booking department recommended another hotel for your second week of your stay.
If you do decide to stay with us again, refrain from booking a maisonette apartment since it doesn’t suit you. Thank you for visiting us once again and I truly hope the circumstances of your stay were different.
