We are sorry to read that you did not enjoy your stay with us and that you felt disappointed from the level of services you overall received. On the other hand, referring to your comment about check in policy, our check-in time is 14:00, as it general applies in all hotels all over the world. In order to be able to offer the best possible service to all our guests, we are offering rooms earlier than 14:00 and always depending on the availability of the Hotel.
Regarding your comments for the pool bar, we would like to thank you for sharing your thoughts, although they were quite surprising to us, as we daily receive very high rated satisfaction scores for our services from all our esteemed guests.
Furthermore we were sad to read that you did not wholly enjoy our animation shows.
Kindly note that we have professional animation team, which consists of 6 persons. The hotel offers day and evening animation and every night there is different kind of animation shows, for example, we have Dance shows, Jazz night, Salsa night, Greek Night, Music Band singing show, etc.
