Firstly I would like to thank you for your comments regarding our spacious rooms, the wonderful pool area and our surroundings.
The hotel policy is oriented to the quality of our services and customer satisfaction in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
We make a systematic and continuous effort to maintain a high level of service and exceptional facilities the result of our efforts is proven by numerous awards and positive reviews. At the same time, we are aware and do accept the fact that that there will be a very small number of guests who will be unsatisfied and will post reviews of such content and style. We respect their opinion, but we leave it up to the judgment of other fellow travelers who have experienced the hotel to assess the trustworthiness of their arguments. Let’s not forget that the all reviews are of a subjective rather than an objective nature
We are very sorry that you did not notify us your issues prior your departure, as our main goal is to assure enjoyable and comfortable stay to our guests; we would have suggested you alternative solutions like to relocate you to another hotel for better holiday experience.
