However, we must highlight that we went above and beyond to handle the water supply issue, which was beyond our control. We even purchased a water truck of 25,000 liters and provided you with free drinkable water, which you failed to mention in your review. We understand your frustration, but we assure you that we did everything possible to manage the situation until a definitive solution was provided by the town hall.
Regarding the cleanliness of your room, we take pride in providing a high level of cleanliness and comfort to our guests. Our team goes through extensive training to maintain our rigorous cleaning standards, and we use certified pest control services regularly. We also have a cleaning schedule that is adhered to, especially with the Covid-19 protocols in place. Therefore, we highly doubt that the issue you raised was valid, as your room was cleaned thoroughly on various occasions during your stay.
Regarding our towel policy, we understand that some guests may have different preferences and expectations when it comes to daily towel changes. However, we have implemented this policy as part of our commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainability. We believe that every little action counts, and by reducing unnecessary towel usage, we can all contribute to preserving the planet's natural resources. That being said, we respect your feedback and understand that you may have different needs or circumstances that require more frequent towel changes. If you would have mentioned it, we would have done our best to accommodate your requests whenever possible.
