Flott hotell. Hyggelig betjening og kjempegod frokost. Topp rengjøring med nye hånduker hver dag, også til solstolene. Fikk også badekåpe og tøfler på rommet. Minus er kaldt vann i bassenget som egentlig skulle være oppvarmet til 25-26 grader. Solstolene ble heller ikke rengjort. Trapper til sentrum hjalp på litt ekstra trim. Alt i alt. Stilrent, freshe farger på rommene, moderne møbler, bra størrelse på rommet. Vi hadde i 8 etasje (øverste) med boblebad på verandaen, noe som var ganske stas.😊
Fin plassering også, 3minutters gåtur ned til kjøpesenteret.
I 9 etasje er det "chillout bar" med rolig musikk og dempet lys, der er det herlig på kveldstid og selvfølgelig fantastisk å sitte i sola på dagtid da sola ikke kom på verandaen før på formiddagen på denne tiden av året.
Det er endel støy fra uteplasser på kvelds/nattestid som høres veldig godt (dette plager ikke oss, men kanskje andre) og frokostbufféen kunne kanskje vært litt mer variabel, men for all del. Alt i alt 5\5.❤️

It's nice to read that the modern decoration and high quality furniture in our rooms (as well as all the equipment they have, such as the jacuzzi) have been to your liking. As you can see, our new Rooftop Chillout allows you to enjoy wonderful views as well as good cocktails with the best music and company. The ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing around the island. We take note of all those little things you annotate in order to keep improving every day and so that when you come back to visit us in the future, everything will be much better!

Var der i to uker i des/jan. Hotellet er et fint turistklassehotell, med mange positive detaljer. Vi hadde ikke noen måltider. Vi hadde også valgt 4. etg, med store terasser. Kjempefint med solsenger og bord+ parasoll. Sola kom til terrassen ca 12.00 og var der til 18.00. Hyggelig personale på hotellet, bra renhold. På den negative siden er kjøkkenet, som er svært lite. Begynner å bli slitt inne i dusj og salong. Det verste var støy fra barer på senteret. Her var det tung bass og høy musikk til ca 03.00 hver natt. Lyden forplanter seg godt opp i dalsiden. På dagtid var det masse hyling og roping i mikrofon fra et av nabohotellene. Hørtes ut som de hadde konkurranser hver dag.
Hvis du vil delta aktivt i nattelivet og ikke bryr deg om den type bråk, så vil jeg anbefale selve hotellet.

We are very happy that the large terrace of your room has been to your liking. We are sure you made the most of it during your stay to sunbathe. Regarding the kitchen, we are sure it was ideal for preparing some fast food, even more so considering that very few hotels have it. As far as the area is concerned, we're very sorry it wasn't what you were looking for. However, our rooms are totally soundproof and we are sure that the nearby areas such as the beach of Puerto Rico or even Amadores, may have been to your liking. Our main strong point is the climate of the area, so surely you enjoyed the maximum hours of sunshine.

Meget gode senger med dyner
Rengjøring topp med nye håndklær hver dag
Skulle en si noe minus så er det sengene på solterrassen på toppen disse må skiftes ut og tregulv må repareres
Har vært her flere ganger så vi kommet tilbake

Bra hotell med terasser for de fleste rom. Selvsagt var Jakuzzi på terassen en bra ting.
Lett adkomst med bil og buss ,men for mennesker med dårlige bein er det mye trapper og mye gåing. Det var sol nesten hele dagen . Vi ble advart om støy fra byggeplass og kjøpesentret ,men for oss var det ingen forstyrrende elementer. Betjening var flinke og høflige , bra frokost og restaurant. De hadde det meste av det man trenger for en ferie.
Skal jeg utsette på noe så er det renhold på rommet,renholderne gjorde nok det beste de kunne ,men det virket som tidsforbruket var det viktigste . Dette bør nok ledelsen se på for fremtiden

Glad to know that our facilities fit you and you enjoyed your junior suite superior, the one with the jacuzzi on the terrace, the perfect place to get relaxed. About the location of the hotel, we are on the top of a hill and this is why our hotel is a calm place to disconnect from the ordinary life. You only spend 10 minutes to reach the beach or the centre of Puerto Rico by walking and you can also order a taxi from the hotel (4 euros to the centre).
