We are sorry to hear about your bad experience on Tuesday evening.
Due to some reasons we´ve not been able to perform our 100% that evening and we would like to strongly apologize for that.
We also would like to clarify the situation.
When you arrived without reservation, the restaurant was fully booked and we did inform you that the only free tables at that time are available in our lounge area, which seems not to be a problem for you.
We also offer you and your company different table, placed in the middle but you ask if you can move to the corner and of course we said yes to it.
During your dining time there were also 3 other companies sitting in the same area.
We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our Tapas plate consisting of cold cuts selection. When it comes to our best sellers that you got to try - Gambas, Feta & Honey and Patatas Bravas, we are sad to hear that they did not match your expectation.
We also very much appreciate the tip that you left on the top of your bill but we would rather hear about your bad experience the same evening so we could take immediate action and follow up on your complaints.
We apologize once more for your bad experience and lack of service that evening and as you´ve been our guests before, we hope you will give us another chance so we can show you that we are actually not that bad in what we do :)
